
WHY BIKE FIT?
I have had over 5 years experience in fitting bicycles and I have the tools in making your bike work for you, or advise you on the size you need.
1. Make cycling a happy experience
It is not about being a pro it is about having comfort first and performance second. Bike fitting is something that every cyclist should have done. I was riding a frame size one size too small for the longest time and did not know why my shoulders hurt and my back hurt. After having a bike fit performed my riding distance almost tripled!
2. You should be comfortable
The main goal of a fit is make you bike as comfortable as possible for as long as possible. If you awkwardly placed on a bike, discomfort can set in. Do you wear the wrong size shoes? Then wear the right size bike!
3. To improve power
When your set up on a bike correctly you can maximize every push and strain less body parts to do so. Which means going further and seeing more of outside world for less energy.
4. Knowing yourself
By having the bike correctly sized, you can go out on trips knowing you can cycle longer and faster. Or even having an easier time keeping with those with you. Building your own confidence and having enjoyable cycling experience.
5.Life is good
Having less pain on and off the bike will firstly make you want to ride more and second your body will thank you for the exercise and could make radical changes to mental health.
Fitting Rates
Basic Fit $40
I will check all your body and how it sits on the bike and make adjustments.
Suspension Fit $50
Basic Fit + setting the suspension to your weight and adjusting the performance. If your air suspension is not tuned correctly the bike will seem to be awkward to ride. If you have never put air in your suspension – you should defiantly come in!
(Air suspension only, spring suspension is somewhat limited to adjustment)
Often the stem is incorrect I can change this if needed.
Seat install $5 on top of fit.
If you have a seat you want to try or have a better one.
